Hello Dee's Country Kickers:


THANK YOU to all of you who came out to Jewels Dance Hall for Classic Country Night.  So good to see everyone smiling, laughing and having a great time!!    Be sure to Mark your calendars for next month’s dance,  which will be on Friday, September 29th!   7:30-10:30PM! Open dancing to song/dances 10 years old and older like:  Honky Tonk Stomp, Bubba Shot the Jukebox, Tush Push, Watermelon Crawl, Chill Factor and more.  Dee will be teaching a  lesson as well.

Tuesday Chardon


6:00-6:45PM   True Beginner Lessons:  Was great to see our returning students along with the new faces our first night back!  We hope to see you all back again this week!! The plan is to review:  Cupid Shuffle, Stray Cat Strut & Money, Money, Money.  If time allows we will only add 1 new dance.  This class is great for anyone new.  We teach at a very comfortable pace and many of the dances being taught eventually come back around

6:45-7:15PM  Open Dancing

7:15PM-8:15PM  Seasoned Beginner Lesson:  NEW DANCE this week followed by review of:  Ms. Marianne & A Little Bit Lit.  NoteIt Ain’t My Fault  will be in warm-up

8:15PM-9:30PM  Intermediate Lesson:  This week we will be reviewing/ teaching: Flatliner. Let’s practice of: Zydeco Lady, Lonely Drum, Yeah, Bored and more!!







Wednesday Jewels

6:30-7:00PM– Intermediate Lesson:    NEW DANCE  to Chasing Down a Good Time– Randy Houser


7:00PM Open Dancing!     


7:30PM Lesson:    Good review of Diamonds & Babies & Ring on Every Finger  Be sure to practiceThe Ants Dance & A Little Bit Lit

 11:30– 12:15PM  True Beginner Class:     Reviews of all our current dances:  $$$Money, Money, Money, Stray Cat Strut, Crazy Happy, Love Repeats and more!!

 12:15—1:15PM  Seasoned Beginner Class:    We are having an all review day by request:  It Ain't my Fault,  11:59, Second Chance Waltz, Hicktown, Wishful Thinking, La Ciene­ga Blvd., Country Girl Shake, American Kids.

3:30-4:30PM   Seasoned Beginner Class  This week let’s learn:  It Ain’t My Fault followed by reviews of:  11:59, Love Me or Leave Me, Little Less Traveled, Second Chance Waltz,  La Cienega Blvd, Wishful Thinking, Stroll Along Cha Cha.
